Atleast 4 persons are feared dead and few others injured after a vehicle they were travelling in rolled down into a deep gorge near the Zojila Pass in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Thursday, officials said.
The mishap has occurred within days of five passengers of a vehicle, including four tourists from Kerala, were killed in a similar accident in the area.
An official said that the ill-fated vehicle was on way to Sonamarg from Kargil when it skidded off road and fell into a gorge near the Zojila Pass this afternoon.
Army, police and locals reached the spot for rescue operation and further details are awaited.
