60 lost mobile phones returned to owners by J&K Police
SP Headquarters Jammu, Anna Lata Sinha, today handed 60 mobile phones worth approx 10 lakhs to their rightful owners in DPL Jammu. This task was achieved through the dedicated efforts of the CCTNS and ESU teams under the supervision of SP Headquarters.
This is the second handing-over ceremony done by the officer. The recovery reflects Jammu Police’s continued use of technology and coordinated efforts to assist citizens and ensure the safe return of their lost property.
Citizens were advised to remain alert and take necessary precautions, including using strong and unique passwords/PINs for mobile phones and banking applications, enabling device security features, and promptly reporting loss of mobile phones.
