Dearness Allowance of central government employees put in abeyance? This is the reality

An order in which it was stated that the Dearness Allowance (DA) of central government employees has been put in abeyance.
However after a fact check, we found the order to be fake. The government or Finance Ministry has not issued any such order till now.
