GMC Jammu adds 12 PG seats, introduces respiratory medicine for first time

In a significant step towards strengthening postgraduate medical education and expanding opportunities for aspiring medical professionals, GMC Jammu have achieved a remarkable enhancement in PG seats across multiple disciplines.

Total 10 seats enhanced in various disciplines and 2 PG seats started for first time in respiratory medicine  for the session 26-27.

 MD pathology enhanced  from 18 to 23, MD paediatrics from 18 to 20, MD pharmacology from 10 to 12, MD Microbiology from 07 to 08.

Starting 2 seats in respiratory  medicine   for the very first time, marking a historic milestone for the department.

Thus the total PG seat strength has increased from 242 to 254 presently.
