Arbaaz Khan files defamation for name being dragged in Sushant’s death

With the ongoing case of Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian’s death, many top names of Bollywood actors/actresses are being linked with the case.

One such name is Bollywood actor, director, and producer Arbaaz Khan. Arbaz khan is the elder brother of Salman Khan. Arbaaz’s name has been linked with the case and many people are saying that he is one of the culprits of the case. 

Earlier Arbaaz had denied the rumors. But now Arbaaz khan has gone the legal way to file a defamation case against many known and unknown social media users for linking his name in Sushant and Disha murder case. 

According to the report of Zee News, Arbaaz khan has filed a complaint against specific known and unknown social media users who claimed his involvement in the case.

According to Zee News, the actor has filed a case against the social media users who were sharing posts and videos to drag his name in the deaths of two.

On 28 September 2020, the actor filed a defamation case in Bombay High Court. The BHC has issued an order against defenders named Sakshi Bhandari, Vibhor Ahmad, and several other social media users to immediately take down the defamatory content from their social media.

Apart from this, the BHC has also ordered that no defamatory content against Arbaaz Khan and his family should be posted. The order was passed by the Bombay High Court Justice VV Vidwans and Arbaaz khan was represented by Pradeep Gandhi.
