To provide better education facilities in schools across Jammu and Kashmir, Indian army has been providing with furniture and books to different schools since long.
In its endeavor, army executed the project of providing essential classroom furniture items and books for school library for students of Government Middle School, Ambaran in Akhnoor Tehsil of Jammu.
The event was conducted on Wednesday which was appreciated by all students, teachers and school staff who expressed their earnest gratitude for the initiative taken to address their needs.
“The initiative of Indian Army was a noble step towards ensuring quality education opportunities extended to the students of border areas to unsheathe their talent and empower them to scale greater heights of educational excellence in future” an army spokesperson said.
