BJP leader Ashok Koul launches party’s micro-donation campaign ahead of Lok Sabha election

Ashok Koul, BJP state general secretary (organization) today launched the special micro donation campaign for the party in a function held at Jammu-Reasi parliamentary constituency election office, Bakshi Nagar, Jammu, along with former minister, Sat Sharma, BJP Vice-President & constituency Convenor Chander Mohan Gupta, state general secretary & former minister, Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, former MLA Balwant Mankotia, and other leaders. 

BJP leaders Narain Singh and Munish Khajuria managed the overall programme for the launch of micro donation campaign in the Parliamentary constituency.

Ashok Koul, while speaking about the campaign, said that the party is launching micro donation campaign to accept donations from its activists, supporters and members from across the UT, like other parts of the country. Anyone can donate rupees five, ten, twenty, fifty, hundred, five hundred, one thousand and two thousand by cashless transaction through Namo App. He said that the party has lakhs of members, besides other lakhs as workers and supporters and all of them need to be encouraged to donate for the party.

He asked the party activists to gear up for the task and reach nook and corner of the UT to encourage people for micro donations.

Ashok Koul, said that the BJP had won this Lok Sabha seat by securing 56 per cent votes last time and now the party is set to create record by registering victory by getting 76 per cent votes.

Party leaders Veenu Khanna, Rajinder Sharma, Prabhat Singh Jamwal, Parmod Kapahi, Munish Khajuria, Surinder Choudhary and others were also present.

In a similar programme, held for Udhampur Parliamentary Constituency, BJP Vice-President Aseem Gupta along with Additional Treasurer Prem Gupta, District President Gopal Mahajan, Rahul Dev, Akshay, Mehta, office bearers of Hiranagar and Jasrota Assembly constituency, launched the micro donation campaign at party office, Kathua.
