Udhampur /Kathua :- Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Director General G P Singh made comprehensive visits to multiple CRPF battalions in Jammu region, displaying the force’s commitment to operational excellence and personnel welfare. During his visit to G/187 Battalion at Dudu, Udhampur, DG Singh organized a Sainik Sammelan wherein he deliberated on vital elements of force operations, administrative affairs, and problems surrounding personnel. The interactive session helped consolidate the bonds of fraternity within the personnel while consolidating their operational preparedness.
The Director General also visited B/121 Battalion at Machedi, Kathua. He minutely assessed the operational preparedness of the unit. This approach towards leadership made Singh talk one-on-one with the ground commanders and jawans. Such in-depth discussion over current security concerns facing the force helped. This visit includes review and understanding of all administrative problems and requirements that can meet all the needs to enable troops to do their work.
This personal involvement by the top leadership of the force underscores CRPF’s commitment to maintaining high standards of preparedness while meeting the needs of its personnel serving in challenging environments.
