Finally, Aashiqui 2 fame actor, Aditya Roy Kapoor has responded to the allegations of stealing Ranveer Singh’s girlfriend during their college days. In 2017, Ranveer Singh appeared in Season 2 of Neha Dhupia’s radio chat show “No Filter Neha”. During the chat show, while remembering his college days Ranveer said that his girlfriend broke up with him in order to be with Aditya Roy Kapoor.
Ranveer had said on the show that Aditya Roy Kapoor was every girl’s fantasy in junior college. Ranveer was crazy about a girl, who is now married with a kid. Ranveer said that he was mad for her for like 4-5 years and then she broke up with him in order to move in with Aditya Roy Kapoor.
After three years, Aditya Roy Kapoor has spoken on the issue. In a conversation with Mumbai Mirror, he told that Ranveer was just being dramatic while sharing the story of his heartbreak. He said that he started dating the girl many months after their breakup. He said that maybe, he didn’t know how he felt about their breakup but he started seeing the girl “Only around eight months after that”.
