Director Health Services Kashmir transferred, Mushtaq Ahmad rather replaces him

Jammu and Kashmir government on Monday transferred Samir Mattoo, Director Health Services Kashmir and posted him as Project Director AIDS Control Society J&K.
Mattoo has been replaced by Mushtaq Ahmad rather.
Other transfers in Health department.
