In a yet another order, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has warned the officers to file their property return by January 31.
Dr Mohammad Usman Khan, Deputy Secretary to the government in an order stated that employees have been advised to file their property returns for the year 2022 on the PRS portal from 1 January to 31 January, 2023.
“However it has been observed that sizeable number of employees are yet to submit their property returns” the order read. It further stated that non-submission of property returns shall invite action against such defaulting employees under relevant provisions of the law and shall result in denial of vigilance clearance.
