Sanction is accorded to the promotion of Ghulam Rasool Wani, JKAS to the Selection Grade of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service in pay level 12 (Rs. 78800- 209200), with effect from10.12.2021 on notional basis and from 04.03.2022 regularly
