Jammu and Kashmir police have arrested Arif, a government teacher who was behind the twin blasts in Narwal area of Jammu last month.
The police have revealed that Arif was in contact with terrorists in Pakistan who handled him in planting the IEDs at different locations in Jammu including Shastri Nagar last year, pilgrim laden bus in Katra among other places.
Director General of Police Dilbag Singh in a press conference said that interrogation of Arif is going on and more names are likely to figure in coming days. “We have solved many cases of IEDs in Jammu region” said Singh.
