Grenade attack in Srinagar injures 3 civilians, 1 cop

Amid high security, three civilians and a police inspector were injured in a grenade attack at Hari Singh High street area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Tuesday.

As per reports, terrorists targeted joint team of police and CRPF.

Four persons were injured in the blast. They have been identified as police inspector Tanveer Hussain who is posted with ACB, Mohammad Shafi, his wife Tanveera, and another woman Asmat. The injured were immediately taken to a hospital where their condition was said to be stable, reportedly. The security forces have started searches for terrorists and security has been tightened.
