Amid anger over reports of IAS officer allegedly walking with the dog in Delhi government-run Thyagraj Stadium has been transferred to Ladakh. Following the huge outrage over the couple allegedly wrapping up the training of athletes early in Delhi government-run Thyagraj Stadium so that they can take a walk with dog, Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on Thursday issued an order to transfer the IAS couple Sanjeev Khirwar and his wife Rinku Dugga to Ladakh and Arunachal Pradesh, respectively.

As per reports, Home Ministry asked for a report from the Delhi Chief Secretary on the news report on the misuse of facilities at Thyagraj Stadium by Khirwar and his wife.

The chief secretary submitted a report to the Home Ministry on Thursday evening, prompting the ministry to order their transfer.
