Jammu :- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has issued an order to postpone the holiday on account of Shab-i-Miraj. The holiday, which was previously scheduled for January 27th, 2025 (Monday), will now be observed on January 28th, 2025 (Tuesday) instead.
The order, Government Order No.132-JK(GAD) of 2025, dated 25.01.2025, states that this change is a partial modification of the previous Government Order No. 2193-JK(GAD) of 2024 dated 29.12.2024. The order is signed by M. Raju IAS, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government.
