Jammu city witnessed a bandh on Monday which adversely affected the normal life in Jammu. A bandh call was given by Jammu and Kashmir High Court Bar Association (JKHCBA) has given Jammu bandh call on August 29 in support of their demand for construction of multipurpose building complex to house all tribunals, registration office and commissions in Jammu for the facility of advocates and general public.
As per reports, shops were closed in many areas of the city. Lawyers stayed away from the courts and members of the Jammu chamber of commerce and industry stayed away from business activities.
