Passing of a resolution in legislative Assembly seeking special status of Jammu and Kashmir has snowballed into a major controversy with BJP set to protest against the move.
BJP will hold protest demonstration against the resolution which was passed on Wednesday morning at its headquarters in Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.
The resolution was moved by Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Choudhary and was passed with majority. The BJP MLAs in the house had protested against the move but the party decided to hold protest demonstration at its office in Jammu as well.
