A woman employee of J&K Bank has been suspended following her inappropriate post on social media regarding death of Chief of Defence Staff Bipin Rawat.
The woman is a banking attendant and was suspended on Thursday after a disciplinary proceedings were launched against her.
J&K bank in the suspension letter stated “Despite repeated circulars issued from time to time against the misuse of social media platforms contrary to the interests/rules of the bank, in one such incident, one of our employees had made derogatory comments/remarks on social media on a tragic accident,”.
