Srinagar :- The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has established a new ‘Chief Minister’s Public Services and Outreach Office’ to improve citizen engagement and grievance redressal.
According to Government Order No.2030-JK(GAD) issued on December 5, 2024, the office will initially have two wings – a Grievance Redressal Wing (Raabita) and a Public Outreach & Evaluation-cum-Feedback Wing.
