J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB) invited online applications vide Advertisement No. 02 of 2021 dated March 23 this year from eligible candidates for participating in the selection process for UT/Divisional/District Cadre Posts of various categories in different Departments.
The last Date for submission of online applications was fixed as May 12, which had been extended upto May 20. However JKSSB received a lot of representations from the candidates requesting for extension in the last date for filling of online application forms in view of the lockdown and persistent difficulties faced by them in filling the application forms.
The matter was examined by the JKSSB and it has been decided to extend the last date for submission of online application for various post.
The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 2311 vacancies in various J&K government departments for District/Divisional/UT Cadre posts. The posts include those of Stenographer, Staff Nurse, Junior Assistant, Clerk, Auditor, etc
The last date for submission of online applications for various posts advertised vide Advertisement Notice No. 02 of 2021 dated 26.032021 in different Departments shall now be June 10, 2021 instead of May 20, 2021.
