Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh, Kavinder Gupta, has approved the grant of Notional Annual Increments for the probation period to employees appointed under the Jammu & Kashmir Special Recruitment Rules, 2015 (SRO-202).
This significant decision marks a progressive step towards ensuring fairness and service parity among government employees in the Union Territory. By recognizing notional increments for the probation period, the Administration has addressed a long-pending concern affecting employees appointed under SRO-202, thereby acknowledging their rightful service entitlements.
