The University of Ladakh and the Film & Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune, have inked a memorandum of understanding to start teaching courses on film and television in the union territory.
Officials informed that the MoU’s primary goal is to establish courses covering many facets of cinema and television productions and to offer a platform for learning. The Memorandum of Understanding was signed by Prof Deskyong Namgyal, Dean of Academic Affairs at UOL, and Hashmi, Registrar of FTII.
