In a midnight raid by Jammu and Kashmir police, at least 12 mobile phones have been recovered from the inmates of Kot Bhalwal jail in Jammu.
It was after a tip off that the raid was conducted at the jail where inmates were found to be having mobile phones to communicate with outside world. It is not yet known whether the mobiles were found with the terrorists lodged in the jail or other criminals.
