More “anti-national” government employees to be dismissed in J&K

In Jammu and Kashmir there are still many employees who have some dark shades in their character and scrutiny of such employees will be taken ahead by the government.

The employees who are related to some terror activities or involved in some anti-national activities will be scrutinized.

Reportedly, two dozen officials whose record is being scrutinized by the CID (Counter Intelligence) among them 2-3 are in the rank of officers. Rank of the officers/officials doesn’t matter and the government has conveyed it in categorical terms to the Intelligence agencies that all those involved in anti-national activities and linked to terror have to be removed.

The process to be initiated by the CID for terminating the services of officials who are linked with any terror activities or activities which are against the interest of the nation after gathering all proofs. The cases then to be processed by a high-level Committee headed by the Chief Secretary and finally approved by the Lieutenant Governor.

Some government officials, whose activities were being monitored by the Intelligence agencies, have suddenly started distancing themselves from the Over Ground Workers (OGWs) of the militants.

Moreover the rules for new appointees have been made strict and they will be subjected to CID verification which will clear about their any links with terror or any involvement in the anti national activities at much earlier stage.

It is pertinent to mention that 11 Government employees were terminated from the services few days back for their terror links.
