Ending the suspense, Lt Governor of Jammu and Kashmir, Manoj Sinha has invited National Conference leader Omar Abdullah to take oath as Chief Minister of J&K on October 16 (Wednesday).
A letter by Manoj Sinha in which he has written to Omar Abdullah about the oath ceremony at SKICC Srinagar has gone viral. Sinha will also administer oath to the Council of Ministers of Omar Abdullah.
NC won 42 seats and later received support of independent MLAs along with Congress and CPI(M).
