Jammu and Kashmir is set to launch an online portal to put forth the requests for transfers by doctors, nurses and other officials of the Health and Medical Education.
The step has been taken to reduce the footfall of these officials at the civil secretariat to submit representations for transfers.
The step will allow the officials of the Health department to request for a transfer at an intended location online which will be processed by the senior officials.
