PF Commissioner Jammu hears more than 50 grievances, issues of stakeholders in 3 days

The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), Regional Office – Jammu is functioning in flexi hours to offload the work related to claims by capitalising on system speed.

EPFO is servicing the entire area from Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh with regard to settlement of claims, redressal of grievances, and facilitating stakeholders. To ensure service delivery at doorstep, various online initiatives of EPFO such as balance inquiry, filing of online claims including transfer, advance claims and members’ basic details were explained with hands-on demonstration.

In the meanwhile, Romil Pandita visited office as his pension was stopped. He was not able to submit his digital life certificate and his DLC- Jeevan Pramanhas been completed today on instruction of RPFC-I.

Nikita Sharma approached P F Commissioner, whose UAN was provided to her (throughAadhaar). Her e-nomination was successfully completed in the Office. The visitor appreciated the services of EPFO and recorded her feedback on her Instagram Account citing promptness of  EPFO, Jammu’s services.

Orusa Mushtaq came from Kishtwar as she was not able to transfer his PF from one Member ID to another. Her “Date of Exit” was marked from member home as there was contribution present in her member Id and transfer claim(Form-13) also applied. Neelma Devi visited the office from Batote for name correction from Neelam Devi to Neelma Devi, RPFC-I gave order to concerned officials and the same was processed by Arun Kumar, SSSA. Amit From M/s Tiny Tots School and SmtManya From M/s Anphar Laboratory visited as both were getting errors while filing ECR. They both were facilitated on how to file ECR Challan.
