power supply hit in many areas of Jammu division

Power supply in many parts of the Jammu region was snapped this evening after a brief spell of gusty winds.

Consumers iin certain areas of the Jammu city, including parts of Gandhi Nagar, we’re without electricity for past few hours.

Areas of Kishtwar, Reasi, Ramban, Udhampur and Poonch districts are also without electricity.

JPDCL hhas said that efforts were on to restore power supply.
