Pursuant to the issuance of revised seniority list of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, in terms of Government Order No. 316-JK(GAD) of 2021 dated 07.04.2021 and upon review of the dates of release of Selection Grade and Special Scale of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, indicated in the orders, issued to this effect from time to time, sanction is hereby accorded to the release of higher pay scales of the service in favour of the following officers, with effect from the dates indicated against each:
