Deputy Commissioner Samba, Anuradha Gupta today withdrew the official order imposing restrictions on sale-purchase of land in the sub division of Vijaypur and ordered mandatory online applications only, for issuance of fard intekhabs across the district.
The official order issued today reads “Well coordinated online mechanism for issuance of fard intekhabh is needed so that the sale purchase of agricultural land especially in the jurisdiction of JMRDA/ Jammu Master Plan is under the watch of concerned regulatory authorities. Only Online applications for fard intekhabs shall be accepted in district samba”.
The order further reads that tatimas with fard intekhabs shall necessarily mention geo coordinates of the land involved and the completed fard intekhabs shall be compulsorily uploaded on the online portal only.
