Within 24 hours when two non-locals were shot dead by terrorists in Kashmir, two more persons who are non-Kashmiri labourers have been killed in Kulgam district in South Kashmir.
Frustrated by the army’s anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir, terrorists are targeting non-Kashmiris one after the other.
On the previous day also, terrorists shot dead two people in Pulwama and Srinagar. Arbind Kumar, a resident of Bihar and Sagir Ahmed, a resident of UP were killed in Pulwama.
