Death toll in the Akhnoor bus accident has risen to 22, said DM Jammu Sachin Kumar Vaishya.
The DM said that 57 persons were injured in the accident.
Meanwhile, Lt. Governor Manoj Sinha has announced an ex-gratia of Rs.5 lakh to kin of each killed person and Rs.50,000 for those injured.
