It is hard to understand as to why some employees get involved in the anti-national activities and continue their services in a government. But the matter of grave concern is also as to who recruits such anti-national employees?
Joint Surprise Check (JSC) team from the Jammu wing visited the office of the Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council, Jammu reportedly.
Various construction works which have been executed, the purchases made, bills encashed and various other details have been fetched from the J&K Sports Council by inquiry agents of Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Jammu.
The records have been sought for the period of 2018-19, 2019-20 and 2020-21. Also the records of supply orders with quality tests, material receipts, works executed by district officers, bills, cash books and other documents (Xerox copies) have also been sought.
In a Circular issued by Jammu and Kashmir Secretary Sports Council, apart from other directions it is mentioned that stern action is also to be initiated against the employees, who are indulging in anti-national activities. The mentioning of this line in the circular gives an indication that some employees of the Sports Council have been indulged in anti-national activities.
As per reports, many employees were recruited 3-4 years ago in J&K Sports Council.
