Army has eliminated five terrorists during an encounter in Pombay and Gopalpora villages of Kulgam district of Kashmir on Wednesday.
The encounter between terrorists and security forces in Kulgam is still underway and the area has been cordoned off by army.
Police party have also reached the spot and surrounded the area so that no collateral damage is caused.
Earlier police arrested 2 LeT terrorist associates namely Amir Bashir and Mukhtar Bhat in Pulwama during joint naka checking. 2 ready to use IEDs were recovered from their possession.
