Former Chief Minister of Jammu and Kashmir and senior leader of National Conference Farooq Abdullah has said that he or his party has not received any formal intimation about the supposed meeting of J&K political parties with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“As of now we have no information about any meeting with PM Narendra Modi. However once we are informed formally about the same, we will hold a discussion among parties of Kashmir and form a strategy on our stand” said Abdullah.
Political parties in Kashmir have decided to hold a meeting among themselves before going to Delhi. It is expected that there might be a discussion on restoration of statehood and elections in Jammu and Kashmir by year end.
On the other hand Gupkar alliance spokesperson MY Tarigami also said that he has no formal information about the meeting with PM.
