In partial modification to this office Order No. DDCJ/CPO/2025-26/14898-900 dated
09-02-2026 regarding obtaining of No Objection Certificate (NOC) for payment of Water
Usage Charges, modification of the order has been done by the DC Jammu.
In relaxation of Para-3 of the aforesaid order, for the purpose of drawal of salary
for the month of February and March, 2026 only, the Drawing and Disbursing
Officers (DDOs) are hereby authorized to accept an undertaking/self-declaration
from such employees who do not have a water connection in their own name as
per Annexure “A” to this order.
The undertaking/self-declaration shall clearly state that the employee does not
have any water connection registered in his/her name within District Jammu.
