Keeping passenger convenience paramount and to manage the rush in the coming days, the Jammu Division has decided to add an additional Third AC (3AC) coach to Train No. 12426 Jammu Rajdhani Express.
This step has been taken under the direction of Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Mr. Uchit Singhal, to ensure a better and comfortable journey for passengers who are currently unable to travel due to waiting lists.
The addition of the additional coach will provide approximately 72 additional seats/berths per trip, allowing more passengers to book confirmed tickets.
Focusing on the details of the additional coach, the key details are as follows.
Train Name: 12426 Jammu-New Delhi Rajdhani: Coach Class: Air-Conditioned Third Class (3AC).
Effective Date: This coach will be temporarily added on March 7 and March 14 for a fixed period. The primary purpose is to manage the increased passenger traffic during festivals and peak season and reduce waiting lists.
