J&K Govt makes purchase from local manufacturers mandatory

The Finance Department of Jammu and Kashmir has made it mandatory for all department that procurement of Goods and Services should be made through Government e-Market Place (GeM) from local manufacturer.

The order is applicable for purchase of goods and services for upto Rs 5 lakh.
