IAS Nitishwar Kumar given one year extension of deputation to J&K

IAS officer Nitishwar Kumar has been given one year extension to the inter cadre deputation from Uttar Pradesh to Jammu and Kashmir UT.
Nitishwar Kumar is a 1996 batch IAS officer and serving as Principal Secretary to Lt Governor Manoj Sinha in Jammu and Kashmir.
