Administration of Jammu district retrieved at least 158 kanal of land that was encroached upon in Shiba village of Nagrota.
Teams of anti encroachment squad reached the land with Khasra no. 241 under the supervision of Tehsildar Dhruv Gupta and SDPO Parupkar Singh among others officials along with heavy machinery to demolish the encroachments and retrieve the land.
Seven kanal of state land that is a proposed site for construction of a school was also retrieved.
