Jammu-Srinagar highway to remain shut for traffic on Tuesday

The Jammu–Srinagar highway will remain shut for vehicular traffic on Tuesday between Nashri and Navyug tunnel for widening of the road at Kishtwari Pather and Dalwas.
To ensure safety of travelers, the District Magistrate, Ramban, today ordered the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) vide order No: ADRM/2028-38 dated 5-2-2024 for widening of the road at the two spots.
As a result of this, traffic will remain suspended on 6 February (tomorrow) from 8 am to 7 February (Wednesday) at 8 pm.
