Jammu and Kashmir government has accorded sanction to the deposition of premium for Group Personal Accidental Insurance Policy with M/S Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. for a total number of 2208 PDL/TDL workers of PDD worldng in KPDCL, JPDCL, JKPTCL & JKPCL from midnight 2nd of December 2020 to 1st of December 2021, as per the agreement already executed between the Government of Jammu and Kashmir and M/s. Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. on the same terms and conditions.
The Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) of these PSUs/ Corporations shall remit an amount of Rs. 346/- (Rupees three hundred forty six only) Inclusive of GST of 18% i.e. Rs 52.74/- (Rupees fifty two and seventy four paisa only) through challan against below mentioned Major Head in Government Treasuries as a special case in respect of their employees for being covered under the scheme, on or before 15th of July 2021 positively and furnish the copy of chagrin bearing TR No. and date along with the list of the employees to the Nodal Officer, Group Personal Accidental Insurance Policy, Finance Department, Civil Secretariat NU Jammu/Srinagar immediately.
