Juhi Chawla, on her way back from UAE, was stranded at Mumbai airport along with other fellow passengers.
She visited UAE to cheer her team, Kolkata knight riders whose co-owner is Shahrukh Khan. The team failed to make it through the battle of IPL 2020 with small margin.
However, her return was not much hospitable that she or anyone else traveling with her could have imagined. Juhi Chawla and the fellow passengers were stuck at Mumbai airport for hours in the waiting area of airport health clearance section leading to a huge crowd with no social distancing norms followed.
Informing about the whole situation and spreading the word on the behalf of co-passengers she posted a video on her official Twitter account and wrote, “Request the Airport and Govt authorities to IMMEDIATELY deploy more officials and counters at the Airport Health clearance … all passengers stranded for hours after disembarking .. … flight after flight after flight …..Pathetic, shameful state ..!! one of the other passenger was also seen talking to the airport staff and warning them “this will increase the number of coronavirus cases in the state and it will be your responsibility”.
Coincidently Juhi Chawla is celebrating her birthday on 13th November. Expressing her concerns about the alarming situation the world is facing and the environment, the actor took to her Twitter and wrote a message for her well wishers: “My well-wishers, tomorrow is my birthday; the flowers you send in affection will die away in 3 days but trees you plant will benefit your children & mine for years..I’m ever so grateful for all the love but our farmers & our Earth need it more,”
Surely, the airport authority will take note of this and here’s wishing the evergreen actress of Bollywood a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
