It has been observed that on several occasions, police personnels are unable to spend time with their family on significant occasions. To keep the morale of Jawans high, PHQ J&K has initiated a numerous welfare schemes from time to time for Jawans. Taking note of evident directives, it is emphasized upon all the supervisory officers to ensure that grant of leave on special occasions as appended below shall not be denied/delayed in favour of Jawans without having any compelling reasons.
