Actor Mahira Sharma has been hogging the headlines since morning after a video went viral of her leaving interview midway after being questioned for her weight gain. Bigg Boss 13 participant Mahira Sharma is trending on social media since then. As she sat for an interview with a local channel for the upcoming project, a journalist referenced her weight gain while introducing her. This video has been removed from social media for some reason.
Mahira recently announced her new Punjabi film, in which she will star opposite Ranjit Bawa, and said that the movie will be shot in London. The actor was quizzed about her weight gain to which she walked out-off expressing her displeasure on the question. Mahira lost her cool with the Punjabi journo questioning her about her weight gain and she walked out of the interview.
Mahira hails from Jammu and Kashmir and born into a Brahmin Family. After her education was completed she moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in acting and modeling.
Many fans of Mahira took to social media and extended support to her. Some netizens, however, reminded her of her Bigg Boss 13 days when she had body-shamed Actor Shehnaaz Gill.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Mahira was recently seen in a new music video titled Darpok Mahiya. She shared screen space with Paras Chhabra.
