Jammu and Kashmir government gave an order regarding the relief and revival of the business sector in J&K in abeyance.
An order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) stated that the operation of government order number 203-1ND of -2021 dated October 20 of 2021, regarding handling of cases for soft loan of sick units, issued under endorsement No. IC-SIDC/21/2021 dated October 20 shall remain in abeyance till further orders.
It is pertinent to mention that on October 20 Industries and Commerce department issued order which accorded sanction to the grant of 30 percent margin money of the soft loan lifted for revival of the Sick Industrial Units under the scheme “Revival of Business Sector in Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.”
