RK Goyal posted in Home Ministry to head department of border management

RK Goyal, additional chief secretary (Home) has been shifted to the center as secretary, department of border management in the ministry of home affairs.
His transfer was ordered in the evening following approval of the appointments committee (ACC) of the cabinet. Successor of Mr. Goyal in J&K will be appointed by the UT government.
The ACC also ordered posting of 12 other top officers at the central level.
