Senior KAS Officer Shamim Ahmad Wani who was the Special Secretary of Finance Shamim Wani died due to Covid at Government Medical College and Hospital Jammu.
He was admitted at the hospital after he contracted Covid and was serious.
The 1999-batch KAS officer was admitted to GMC Jammu, one of the important facilities for the management of the Covid-19 patients, recently, the doctor added.
