Today on 22.04.2024, a team of Police Station Satwari (PP Chatha) Jammu consisting of ASI Kulbir Kour and PSI Paramjeet Singh, after strenuous efforts by making use of human intelligence led by SHO Inspector Susheel Sharma, under the supervision of SP South Ajay Sharma (JKPS) and SDPO City South Kartik Shrotriya apprehended one absconder evading arrest since 31 years namely Locha Singh s/o Tirath Singh r/o Bhour Camp Chatha, from Chatha Jammu.
The said Absconder was wanted in case FIR No. 147/1991 u/s 307/382/435 RPC, 3/4 TADA, 3/25 Arms Act of PS Satwari. The said Absconder has been arrested and produced before the competent court from where he has further been sent to judicial custody till 29th April 2024.
